RELATIONAL READING
Reading Suggestions
*Link to blog post coming soon!
Relational Reading is a flexible offering for individuals, friends, couples, or small groups who want to explore meaningful books together through a therapeutic lens.
You can choose the book (or I can help you pick one), and we meet regularly—either one-on0one or in a small group—to reflect on how its themes relate to your own life, relationships, values, and growth. This can be a powerful, low-pressure entry point into therapy or a way to deepen work you’re already doing. Whether you’re curious about feminist theory, healing attachment dynamics, or simply looking to read more intentionally, Relational Reading is designed to support connection, reflection, and change.

One-on-One or Small Group?
You can sign up for Relational Reading on your own or with others. Some people want to reflect with a therapist one-one-one. Others gather a friend or two to share the experience. You can also join a group of others reading the same book—contact me for more information!
